Okay, so I accidently shook my desk and my computer wont load windows 10. I'm able to get to the bios and both my ssd and hdd are detected, but when I try to boot the PC normally, it says I need to install a boot drive or OS. Before I shook the desk, my OS was installed on the ssd. Ive tried several different things so far and all of them seem to get me no where. Should I just consider all of my old data a lose and reinstall windows? Or is there something im missing?

That seems very unusual. I would maybe try unplugging the ssd, and then plugging it into a different sata header on the mother board. If it boots then I would plug it back into the orginal sata port and see if it works. Also maybe a shot in the dark but you could try connecting it to a different computer and seeing if it'll work. Might be worth a shot. keep us posted on any progress.

Will the hdd even function okay anymore? I don't understand how it could of ruined the os. Did me shaking the desk somehow corrupt the data? I have a copy of windows 8.1 I could try installing for now, but i don't want to lose all of the pictures and programs I had installed.

The HDD is probably toast. There are tools you can get to test it. I've been out of desktop support forr a while, but there should be some bootable cd(like Knoppix) where you can see the drives, and run diagnostics to see if it's failing.

If you had the Windows boot partition there, then you may be able to get the drive working(or replace it), and then try to repair the windows on the SSD and hopefully it will re-create the boot partition on the HDD

I tried to put windows onto the ssd, it kept saying that windows couldnt be installed on any of the partitions. Is there a way to wipe the ssd and then put windows on it? I still have warranty on the hdd so I can get that replaced if its really broken. Please respond as soon as possible. Thanks!
