So this is more or less my current build:

I have:
- HIS Radeon R9 280X 3GB IceQ X² Video Card
- Intel Core i5-4670 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
- ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
When I play some games, such as League of Legends, ever since upgrading to Windows 10 I have had problems where my computer more often than not is using the Intel Integrated HD graphics to play the game, not my AMD Radeon GPU. I have spent plenty of hours trying to research this, installing, removing and reinstalling drivers for Intel and AMD both. However this problem keeps happening. If I go to device manager and try to disable the Intel Integrated graphics, it still uses it somehow. I know also in the new AMD control panel (since CCC was retired) you should still be able to get to advanced settings and see some options for power management. However none of these options appear, even if I do a fresh driver install right from the website. My advanced / additional settings is quite lacking in options, basically only giving me monitor resolution adjustments to manage.
So the one solution I have come to is this: Since Intel keeps reinstalling the Integrated GPU each time I wake my computer and such, I used a program DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely remove it, yes, each time I start my comp I have to do this, or various games wont play from my AMD card. Are there any better suggestions?
From this frustration stems another problem. I have been making YouTube videos and trying to stream a bit but my CPU seems to get overwhelmed at times with encoding causing poor video quality. Again, I am not sure if this is some problem related to my CPU doing graphics processing when it shouldn't be. But I guess the main question here is what kind of stream quality do you think I should be able to expect from this CPU and GPU combo? League and Hearthstone are fine if I uninstall Intel drivers with DDU, but maybe I should upgrade for Overwatch or using a Razer Ripsaw?
Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!
