Ddr3 graphic card in ddr2 mb.... vga is working but no hdmi signal.... tv is sharp

The fact that the card is DDR3 and the board is DDR2 is not an issue. PCIe is a backward compatible interface. I suspect the board's BIOS is too old to interface with the newer gfx card's interface. But w/o knowing your system specs, it is only a guess.
