You should be alright. I would google "power supply calculator" and put in all of your specifics along with voltage for the overclocked CPU, number of fans, etc.

I just did a little looking and it looks like Zerk is right, it isn't a very high quality PSU. You should think about getting a Corsair, EVGA, or Seasonic. Or even a Super Flower if available where you are.
