So Im making budget 775 build and evry peny counts , I have old coller master 775 coller , on second hand market q8200 are like 5 bucks while 8400 is 15-20bucks , I dont se any diffrence between those 2 besides clock speed . Also can I clock q8200 to 3ghz on air and how much voltage dose it need ?

Generally a Q8200 can't really move anywhere with the FSB requiring substantial voltage bumps.
Some report they could get to around 2.8, sometimes 2.9GHz without getting in to super-high (unsafe) voltage, but I can't confirm 100% myself.

I believe the max "safe"voltage Intel stated for[strike] Arrandale[/strike] Yorkfield was around 1.36V. Reports of needing >1.45V to hit 3.0Ghz.
