i5-2400 3.10 Ghz and GTX 1050 2g bottleneck?

Hi, i´m thinking on upgrade my PC.

This is my actual Hardware:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz

No CPU bottleneck if that is what you are wondering. The aging i5-2400 can handle even faster cards.

Good to know the CPU can works fine, but the mother can hold the 1050? is very old i think.

2) I can think of no reason a board from that era won't work with that Nvidia card.
