Sometimes W7 drivers will work in W10, but it's not a guarantee.
Other times, Windows itself can find (somewhat) appropriate drivers to use.
Ultimately, there's no guarantee. The only way to guarantee working drivers would be to use a supported Os - in this case, W7.
