Hi i wanna how the h80i v2 will perform with i7 6700K i won't be overclocking it more than 4.6 ghz and what's the good CPU temperatures while gaming in general ??

Under 80 is what you're looking for under load.

I don't recommend 120mm / 140mm water coolers. Just get a 120/140mm fan, cheaper, basically same performance.

I have an h80i GT v2 and don't really have much complaints about it. I have a 6700k OC'd to 4.5ghz at 1.265v and it stays about 40-50C under load. Stress test goes to about 70C. If you want to push yours further, I'd say go with a h100i or h110i GT because it has a little bit more cooling power with the longer rad. The h80i GT v2 can get loud if you don't have a custom fan curve. Their fans go up to about 3000 rpm which gets quite noisy. But with some tuning, mine stays quite silent even under load.
