PC starts and shutdown immediately

Hello guys as you can see, my System is currently restarting and shutting down after half seconds repeatedly.

I was using the PC regularly watching an YouTube video, then the PC simple Froze, and then i had to force shutdown pressing the Power Button.

Then after turning it on again, it keeps repeatedly turning on and shutting down repeatedly until i turn the PSU off, it thought it was the PSU, but when i took the GPU off of the System, the PC started normally and it's cureently running fine now.

System Specs:
I5 4590
MSI H97 Gaming 3
2x4 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600mhz
MSI R9 270 Gaming 2GB
Corsair CX430 PSU
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200RPM HDD

Please, i need your help, it never happened before!!

The Corsair CX430 PSU is about as basic a PSU as what Corsair sell. Still a good unit for the price however it's borderline for your setup.
You can determine if it's doing it's job under load using HWMonitor. Stress test the system and check all rail voltages to see if 12v, 5V and 3.3V are within +or- 5%.
Many underestimate the importance of a good PSU as it's the lifeblood of your system and a failing PSU can damage other HW components.
It's not 100% till tested under load however I would say this is your problem.
