Solution
Hello... 1) Sometimes the clicking/popping noise could mean you have microscopic AIR bubbles in the Fluid causing "cavitation" ...the solution for this is to just let the cooler rest/sit for overnight to allow time for the air bubbles to release from the fluid.

2) Most water cooler/pump systems rely on gravity feed... so it's important to always have your water lines and reservoir placed higher than pump... this also let AIR escape the lines and back to into the top of the reservoir.
Hello... 1) If you boot to your BIO's screen's your CPU will be running at full speed there... report back your Cpu, memory speed and Cpu, system temperatures reported there.
2) do you have any RED or Yellow marked items in your Control panel-device manager?

there are no red or yellow marked items in my Control panel-device manager. I know this sounds stupid but how do i access my BIO's

Hello... Never a stupid question... just answers B )
Well your Motherboard has software and hardware Communications the 'BIO"s... look in your MB manual/PDF for the correct Keyboard input, to evoke it, before the BIO's decides to start booting from your SSD/HD to the OS.

Another method is just to simply un-plug your OS drive power and communications connectors... the BIO's will report NO bootable OS and will show the keystroke needed to enter the "Setup screen"

Thanks again mate, it says my cpu temp is 100 and the speed is 2.40ghz

Hello... 1) 100C or 100F? Typically it should be 20-40 C idle in BIO's... depending on Cooler system used.

2) Your CPU should be running at 4 GHz in BIO's unless some "Thermal" Over ride/shutdown was implemented... Or your BIO's/CPU BCLk is not set properly.
