I am in the process of setting up for streaming using the dual PC method.

My Gaming PC has:
Intel Core i5 4670K
24GB RAM
Windows 8.1 64-bit
Nvidia GTX 1080

My Streaming PC has:
Intel Core i7 3770
8GB RAM
Windows 10 64-bit
Nvidia GTX 1050 ti
Razer Ripsaw (Capture Card)

I have my 4K TV connected to my graphics card via HDMI and have the capture card connected through display port to HDMI adapter to my graphics card.

I can only get audio out to one source at a time. Either through my TV or through the capture card. I cannot seem to get audio through both at the same time.

I've been searching the internet for hours already for a solution to this and can't find one. Note, I have looked into the Sound Mix trick and that doesn't show up as I don't have any audio out through the 3.5mm audio jacks. All audio is carried over through HDMI or Display Port.

I really need a solution for this guys/gals. Is there anyway through software or maybe hardware to output audio to both sources at the same time???

Because the output resolution is 3840x2160 which is out of range for the capture card, otherwise I would have done that.

Its set up with Extended displays. The capture card comes out as a 1080p monitor. By extending the displays I can downscale onto the capture card using OBS and then send that through to the other PC.

Go for a HDMI 2.0/HDCP 2.2 capable 1:2 (at least) splitter. This should allow you to send the same stuff (audio and video) to two seperate devices. These high end splitters can end up being rather pricey so I would look into exactly what you need and extra features before making a purchase.
