Help! SD card Reader "disappeared"

Hi everybody! I just restored my win10 notebook and the SD card reader doesn’t work. I tried to update the drivers, but it seems that the SD reader “is not connected”.

This is what I suppose to be the SD card reader (am I right?) listed among the hidden devices.

What can I do? I would love not to have to restore the system again since I just finished it
PC model: Zenbook UX303

Yes it is for a webcam - not a card reader.

However if you scroll down into the webpage you will find a reference to BIOS and USB 3.0.

Might be worth looking into. If not directly applicable it may provide some other paths to explore.

Yes, I ran it a couple of time. Installed few drivers but nothing about the SD reader changed

Yes, it is an internal SD card reader, but when I doble click on it :
