So I just built my brother a computer using said motherboard, and for some reason it keeps crashing every 5 or 10 minutes. I am reasoned to believe that I need to update my bios. I need help with using my usb to put the bios on it and then onto my brothers pc. I downloaded it then extracted it to my flash drive looks like this:
