I recently made a computer about 2 months old, i was having trouble with the power supply to work because it didn't fit right. I got a stand and now it works, my main issue is today i tried booting it up like i always do. Everything sounded and looked the same but my monitor says no signal and i know its set to the right input. I have an acer monitor and all my parts are brand new.

EVGA 450 B1-power supply
Hyper 212 Led with PWN Fan-Fan
Asus ROG STRIX Radeon RX 470 4GB oc-Video card
Acer KA240H 24 LED FD-Monitor

If you push in the cable and it occasionally works, that would lead me to believe the cable is loose or bad. That's not uncommon.

If you see the BIOS screen on startup, then the cable is fine. If it goes to no signal when the desktop loads, I would think more driver or resolution issue.

You can try booting into safe mode, and see if there is a difference there.

Did you try to unplug and plug again the connector of your monitor? If yes, and still having the problem.Try to connect the cable to the another monitor. if still it doesnt work "maybe" the problem is your cable connector.

Unfortunately i dont have another monitor, but i dont see why it should be the monitor or cable if their new. just to say if i push it in a certain it will very rarely work. I plugged my laptop to my monitor through an hdmi cable and it worked fine.

I hear the hard drive start and a couple of beeps, i do see the BIOS screen, and the RGB light from my GPU turn on and another small light on the gpu turn on. It says no signal when i launch a full screen application such as steam or while playing a game like CS:GO.
