Can I Use 2 Ram Sticks with a dual cpu motherboard. Also, What PSU'S have 2 CPU 12V plugs on them?

1st Question:

I am going to buy this mobo: https://goo.gl/NtnA79 and I only have 2 DDR3 1600 (4GBx2) Ram Sticks. Will this still work? How would I install the sticks so it works?

2nd Question: What PSU'S have 2 CPU 12V plugs on them? As you can see on the MOBO it has 2 12v CPU connectors. What PSU has these? Thanks!

That looks to be a rack mount server motherboard (form factor SSI-EEB) meaning it won't mount in a standard case and it would use a rack PSU not a standard ATX PSU.

Being a quad-channel memory architecture I'm not sure it would run with only two modules but it might. You would have to check the mobo manual for placement.
