So, I've been having problems with my internet alot within the lat few months. randomly through out the day it will go from 120 download and 10 upload to 5 download and 10 upload, and when it goes down to 5 download and i try to play overwatch comp my internet completely crashes when i get into a game and i lose because overwatch only gives 8 fucking seconds to reconnect (blizzard is stupid af) and it takes like a minute to come back but even if i do reconnect it lags to hell when im in a game. so i called over a cogeco technician (cogeco is my isp) and he ran a bunch of tests + gave me a new modem, when he did the tests he said everything was fine (because it was when he got here) and he then replaced the modem, when it got it back up it was stuck at 4 download and he did a bunch of tests and didnt know what it could be so he thought maybe its my computer so he tried unplugging and ran another test, it was back to 120 download, when he plugged it in again it went to 4 and we did it acouple more times to make sure, same results. but i dont know why it only happens for hours at a time and not just always? also how the hell does my computer do that, it literally crashes my internet for everything if i join a overwatch game when i got 4 download, but when im at 120 like i am half the time its absolutely fine. please for the love of my wall that i punch every time i lose a overwatch game (60-75 DAMN ELO GONE EVERY TIME) please help me and tell me why this is happening. is there a way to fix it? and how much will it cost (my mobo is asrock z97 and ive had it for a little more than 2 years. I wouldve been master by now but i lose like 3 games in the matter of seconds (its happened 3 times JUST this week. and i havent even played that much this week
