MSI Z170A M3 or Asus ROG H270F?

Solution
you are using "K" cpu there which is unlocked multiplier, so mobo with "Z" chipset is required to unleashed the "K" cpu potential.
if you use "H" chipset mobo just use i7 7700 (whithout "K").
the bottom line is... if you planing on overclocking your "K" cpu, use Z170 or Z270 but since your cpu is i7 7700k which is "kabylake" I suggest you using "Z270" because it's more suitable for kabylake.
if you don't overclock just use "non K" cpu with "H","B" chipset mobo like B250, or H270.
