i currently have a a8-6600k cpu and gtx 750 ti but i want to upgrade my gpu to gtx 1050ti i really need a straight and clean answer weather it will bottleneck with 1050ti or not because all the unsure comments in the internet makes me unsure some says it wont bottleneck some says it does

Assuming we're talking about gaming.
Some games yes some games no. CPU intensive games: absolutely your A8 will bottleneck it. New games: absolutely your A8 will bottleneck it. Esports games: for the majority of them you'll be okay. Older games: toss up. It entirely depends on what games you play, there's no clear cut answer to this question.
