Hello. Im having problem with my GPU R7 260x iCafe version.
First,my gpu wont do POST at all.
I decided to leave my pc on like a day.
After that, my PC do POST and booting to Windows 10 64 bit Pro
Unfortunately., the images is like flickering and broken, like small blocks.
Here some images about the view.

And I been wait some mins and Windows 10 BSOD just appear and shown an error which is VIDEO_TDR_ERROR
I googled this error and it was about the software. I have other gpu (same model) and plug it in my pc and it works.

I get the gpu and test on another pc and it has same result. Flickering screen broken etc.
