PC won't stop restarting - need urgent help

I built my PC in August, and recently I've had problems with it constantly restarting it. Usually I can use it for about 2 minutes and it restarts, but sometimes it gets stuck in a boot loop. I tried turning off automatic restarts in windows and booting in safe mode, but neither had any effect. I checked the thermals and there seemed to be no problems with that. I'm pretty certain it's a hardware problem.

The build is :
i5-6600k
EVGA 850W P2
MSI Z170A Gaming Pro Carbon
16gb EVGA SuperSC 3200 RAM
Samsung 850 Evo

I tested it without the other components and the problem persisted so we can rule out the GPU and such.

I tried resetting the CMOS, which didn't work, and then eventually thought it was maybe due to a bad MOBO, so I bought a new one (Asus Maximus Hero IX), but it had no effect. I tested the power supply by itself, and didn't notice it restarting. I tested each RAM stick individually, but the computer still kept on restarting. I tried to run memtest and managed to get through one pass before the it restarted, but it showed no errors. I'm basically out of ideas now.

Does anybody know what I can do to diagnose or fix this problem?

Have you updated the bios to the latest firmware? Do you have a drive backup to test another drive with a fresh windows isntall. Maybe you have a virus. It could also be the hdmi connection to the monitor switch the ends of the hdmi cable around from monitor into pc from pc into monitor and try again first unplug tv and pc (from wall) then plug back tv and pc but turn on tv first (tv=monitor) wait 30 seconds turn it off then turn on and turn pc back on
