So hey guys...i am looking to upgrade my gpu from a geforce 210 to a gtx 1050ti....

So i have a really tight budget and i am not sure if i should buy a new psu as the 1050 ti doesn't need a 6 pin connector and i have been running this pc for about 2 years now without any problems with the 210 ...so should i upgrade it?

Psu:- http://

Thanks :bounce:

That answer on your specs was a bit vague. But your cpu should be allright at least for a while.
Still, if you are going to upgrade your gpu, buy a decent psu. A Seasonic S12II would be a good an non expensive investiment.
The wattage is 450W. It will probably be enough allthough that is a crappy Psu.
I would upgrade it anyway to a more reliable unit.
What is the rest of your specs?
That gpu is a huge difference from your old one. If you have also a very weak cpu it can bottleneck it.

Sheez...i told you i am on a budget...

Your call. You can buy the gpu now and a new psu when you have a chance. But I cant stress enough the importance of having a good psu. Having a bad psu is a risk to all your components that you bought with your hard earned money.
The wattage is enough though.
Again, your call.
