Just got my new build. Without any workload or any open program, My Corsair H100i v2 fans run kind of fast making a little too mush noise.

I checked Corsair link 4 and tried to change the profile from balance to quiet...but nothing changed. The fans continued working exactly the same. I am not a tech guy, so, if you ar so kind to help me, I would need a step to step guide to follow your advises.

These are my PC specs:
CPU: i7 6900K
MOBO: Asus X99 Deluxe ii
RAM: 4x16Gb 64Gb Trident Z 3200/CL14
GPU: GTX 1060 6Gb
OS drive: Samsung 960 pro (placed in the m2 slot (PCIex4 3.0) of the Asus deluxe ii.)
Storage drives: Samsung 850 EVO 1Tb, Samsung 840 EVO 1Tb, Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 3Tb
Cooling: Corsair H100 v2
PGU: Corsair HX850i 80 plus platinum Modular
Case: Panteks Enthoo Evolv Tempered Glass silver.
OS: Windows 10 pro

Solution
Make sure you connected the H100i system correctly.

1. There is a line from the pump unit that must plug into a SATA power output from the PSU.
2. There is another cable from the pump unit that goes to a USB2 header on your mobo so that Corsair Link software can communicate with the pump.
3. There is one line ending in a female (with holes) connector that must plug into the mobo CPU_FAN header.
4. The fans on the radiator system must plug into a Y-cable included with the system, and that in turn plugs into a socket on the side of the pump unit.

I don't even know how to check temperature properly. But what I saw in Corsair link4, ever core was about 20 degrees. And everything else was about that. As I said, the fans of the corsair H100i v2 keeps this kind of noisy level just starting the computer...without opening any program or working on anything.

Please tell me which temperature to check and how to do that. And I will post it here.

20C is an awesome temp. I dont know the corsair software.. you might be able to assign a fan profile or define a custom fan curve to your fans. But if you have it connected to the motherboard fan headers you are able to get fan management software. Probably from your board manufacturers website.
To check tour temps you can use a software like Hwmonitor.

Hello, my H100i V2 cooling system is also loud with almost any program... I read your instructions, but I cannot find the cable from the first instruction line (from the pump unit to a SATA power output). Help?

You are correct. Reviewing the instruction sheet for the H100i V2, it appears that power for the entire system is via the single 3-pin connection to the mobo CPU_FAN header. That is done with a cable permanently attached to the pump unit. There is no separate connection to a SATA power output connector.

However, that should not have anything to do with system noise. My items 2 and 4 are pertinent. If you have the cable connected from pump unit to USB2 mobo header, then also verify whether you have downloaded and are running the Corsair Link software. That is how the H100i system is controlled. It is NOT controlled by the mobo automatic fan control system. If you do have Corsair Link running, you can use it to configure that software and to observe the CPU temperature and the H100i's radiator fan speeds. Is the CPU actually running hot? Are the fans running at high speed which would cause noise? Is the software configured to exercise automatic control, or is it set for maximum cooling that requires high fan speeds?

What about how your radiator fans are connected? The do NOT plug into mobo headers. They both are supposed to plug into sockets on the end of a cable coming out of the pump unit so that the H100i system can control those fans using the Corsair Link software.

Hello again, and thanks for your quick answer. I do have the SW installed, but it recorded the speed at 0 rpm. I checked the cables, and they are all connected to their corresponding ports. What I did was enter the BIOS and removed all control of the speed fan from it, and when I restarted the PC and entered Windows, the SW now was able to record the speed and control it, and now the noise was much lower. Thanks for your help!
