How much should I pay for this rig?

PC Specs:
HP DvD RW ATA Device
Intel i5-4670K 3.40 GHz
MSI z870G45 Gaming Motherboard
Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 Graphic card
250 GB SSD (Operating System -- Windows 7 Pro 64-bit)
2 TB Seagate HDD

This whole thing is able to make a full gaming pc right?

Yes, that is a gaming pc . and it is worth what you will pay. search local Kijiji and see what an "I5" is going for look up benchmarks for the video card I am sure an 970 is not bad but i am not 100% so do a goolge for it and see what kind of fps it has.

seems about 40 ish fps when hitting the ultra UHD hd .... for for 180p gaming should work well.
