I know that i should buy a decent psu but it's non sense buying a vega supernova for my rx 480 build(i don't have it yet). Im looking for budget solutions that still fit in tier 3 or tier 4. Plz do not recommend me corsair. I think its too expensive. I have 3 options:

Termaltake SP-650(non modular) - http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001976
Vivo PSU-650G - https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Computer-Desktop-Modular-PSU-650G/dp/B01MD0RM3E/ref=sr_1_22?ie=UTF8&qid=1484997707&sr=8-22-spons&keywords=650w+psu&psc=1 I have a question about this one
Nox Urano 650 - http://www.nox-xtreme.com and type "urano 650" in the search zone

Both are very good but i always check all voltages raises but something is confusing me.
Nox specs: +3.3V – 24A / +5V – 24A / +12V1 – 24A / +12V2 – 24A / -12V – 0.5A / +5VSB – 2.5A
2 12v rails but look at vivos in last amazon picture

3.3 x 24 = 79.2
5 x 15 = 75
75+ 79.2 = 154 but combined energy is 100w only

My psu calculator needs less amps in the same voltage but it needs 110w in this 2 rails combined.
Can vivo pus fit in my build? How do i get sure that nox psu fits in my build too?

what? they are great. thermaltake has Japanese capacitors, vivo is modular and nox is 85 percent efficient. why are they bad?

Hello. I know that. I decided to buy the nox in amazon.es. Portugal can be a small country but you still need to travel like 150km and distances in portugal are a little diferent. We don´t travel so much. You can find a big town(150 000 hab.) in each 50 km.
