Which part should I upgrade next? [2017]

Hello people,

I'm posting on here as I have no clue what part of my PC I should upgrade next. I built this PC in August 2016 (foolishly going for a budget build) and bought the AMD x4 860k CPU and the Nvidia Geforce GTX 750ti thinking that it would run games decently, until I found out that on games like GTA 5 I have to play on lowest settings in order to achieve a solid 40-60 fps (very rare occasions where I get 60). Other games like H1Z1: King of the Kill run horribly (it's not my drivers or anything as games like Rocket League or BO2 run smoothly on highest settings). I know these games are hard to run and such and I've made a mistake buying an outdated budget build at that time. My question is, what part do I upgrade next to get the biggest performance increase? And what part should I be looking to buy? (I'm from the UK btw). I was thinking of getting a better CPU as that is the base of everything and then upgrading all my other parts like GPU, Storage, RAM afterwards. What do I do guys? I'm stuck :'(

SPECS:

CPU: AMD x4 860k 3.9GHz
RAM: 1666MHz 1x8GB DDR3
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750ti
Storage: 1TB HDD 7200RPM (just some standard one)
Mobo: Gigabyte F2A68HM-HD2
PSU: Corsair 450W VS Series

Thanks guys!

Biggest performance increase for games is imo in a new gpu. The psu you use is a limiting factor,so i was thinking of a gtx 1050 ti for instance.
