My New computer won't open the BIOS

I just built my first PC, however, when I press delete to open the BIOS nothing happens. I've been looking for a solution for a while, but I can't seem to find one. Hopefully someone knows what to do. I power on my PC, but my monitor doesn't show anything, it remains blank. I've pressed different keys on my keyboard, but I looked at the manual and it is meant to be Delete. Even after switching to DVI it still won't do anything. Here is a quick partlist:
Intel 3 6100
Gigabyte GA-H110M-A
Crucial 8GB Desktop Ram
GTX 1050
Western Digital 1TB blue
EVGA 430W

I ended up replacing my motherboard and it works now. Thanks for the answer, and hopefully that helps someone. My old motherboard ways a gigabyte, and for ten extra dollars, I got an Asus and it works perfect.
