I'm not sure if you will be able to achieve 4.5-4.7Ghz with air cooling without getting good temperatures.I highly recommend water solution in this case.

Get the D15 or a Cryorig R1 and you will have no problems. The 6600K will hit the overclock wall before you have issues and the H110 is not much better than either of those.
