I am building a PC, but gaming is not my intention at all.I am upgrading after 6 years. I just wanna buy something for another long time. I have some little bit intention for overclocking as I saw over the internet that overclocking can unleash the full power. I don't know I need to overclock or not, I wish that I may do it in future. I have chosen core i7 7700k and I have chosen some motherboards,
My priority is to have USB 3.1 slots, more M.2 ports, Better onboard audio, and if overclock then easy interface to overclock.
My choice list according to my country's local price is,
Gigabyte B250 B8 - 126$
Gigabyte H170 Gaming 3 - 139$
Asus H170 Pro gaming - 164$
Gigabyte Z270 Gaming K3 - 177$
Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 3 - 189$
Gigabyte Z270 Ultra Gaming - 196$
Gigabyte Z270 Gaming K5 - 202.53$
Asus Z170 Pro Gaming - 202.53$
Obviously cheaper is anticipated, but I also want quality and If go for overclock then which will be easy ?

Solution
It matters which brand you like better, and color. If you plan on overclocking I would go with - Asus Z170 Pro Gaming
Asus is by far the best brand in my eyes because I never experience issues with their monitors or mbs.

going cheap on a mainbard menat to last for 6 years?

that is a bad idea

based on that selection i would choose asus z170, because you mention overclocking

bout overclocking, it can give you up to a 20% boost but a 30 or 40% power consumption and if it is not done properly you can kill mainboard and cpu, so is something that is not that ideal in reality, if you need lots of power, buy a very big cpu, a i7 6 cores, the fastest one you can pay, it is a wiser idea

about m.2, most mainboards this days have 1, perhaps 2 maximum, that asus z170 has one in the back only

if you want more m.2, there are adaptors from pci express 1x to m.2 slots like this one

https://www.amazon.com/Lycom-DT-120-PCIe-Adapter-Support/dp/B00MYCQP38

a big mainboard and only one gpu will leave you lots of space for that

is it too difficult to overclock on z170 with 7700k ? according to official information, z170 is supported via bios update

No, in fact, it will work plenty fine with your processor, BUT, for that, like you said, you need a BIOS update. For that, you will need a working CPU with the current BIOS installed on that motherboard (Except if that mobo supports USB update BIOS!)

ITS simple you can just look up a tutorial, and I am pretty sure that their is a tutorial in the box when you buy it.
