Specs: intel core i7-7700K 4.2GHz, 16GB DDR4, Nvidia GTX 1070 8GB, 256GB M.2 NVME SSD, 2TB HDD 7200 rpm and windows 10. I am having trouble running games with a frame rate higher than 30fps. H1Z1, Fallout 4, Gta V, etc. I put my settings on ultra and the frame rate is below 30fps. So I change it to high then medium and finally low, it doesnt make a difference. I dont know what the problem is my internet isnt the best 10+Mbps down and 1+Mbps up and 20ms ping (if that has any impact). I dont know what to do. Any advice would be appreicated.
