I tried to fix this issue by going into the regedit and changing a value from 1 to 3 but ended up making it worse.

Hello, I recently factory reset my computer and once Windows 10 finished, I then booted my pc and it came up with the Gigabyte logo. After that it said ubderneeth preparing but the goes back to gigabyte logo. It seems to keep restarting the process as a loop. Can anyone help me with this issue? I can access bios and stuff but cant get past this loop issue

This issue appeared after I did a system restore of Windows 10 and then it came up with an issue about it not working. At the start I was able to access the regedit and I changed the setup.exe value from 1 to 3. This was told to be a fix but only made it worse. I am now no longer to acces regedit. When I turn on my pc it loads the motherboard and says the options like bios. Then it says preparing but then restarts and goes back to the start up menu. Can anyone please help me with this issues. Thanks
