I've recent installed an HD7570, Xeon Processor, RAM, and a 1 TB HDD into a Dell Optiplex 755 SFF. I'm stuck on this black screen with the blinking underscore. I've seen that I'm supposed to go into BIOS settings or something. The problem is that the keyboard isn't registering with any of the USB ports in my computer. How do I fix this? What do I do?
