Why do I have 1.95GB Available memory for Ram when it says 4GB is installed

I'm having trouble with my Ram memory. How do I disable Integrated Graphics to not share memory.
Update: I have Graphics Card.

If you use integrated graphics then you will be sharing memory, that's one downside of having integrated graphics. You'd need to add a videocard with its own memory to be able to disable integrated graphics. One other, less expensive, option is simply to add more memory to your computer. For instance, if you add a 4gb stick you'll have 5.95gb available. It might be possible to limit how much memory is shared, but that would depend on what computer you have, which is information you did not bother to include.
