Here are my specs:
AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Asus Radeon RX 460 2GB Dual OC Video Card
Corsair 100R Silent ATX Mid Tower Case
EVGA 700W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
LG GH24NSC0B DVD/CD Writer
Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit

This is my first computer and it has already been giving me problems. For one I'm in the middle of a game and every so often the game freezes, the audio loops and the screen goes black then it comes back the audio loops then the game goes back to normal. I have my settings on max, but the game should be able to run. I am getting 70 - 100 fps depending on the game.

Another issue is that its really loud, when it shouldn't be, I will be browsing the web and from the inside of my case starts BLASTING and I feel heat so hot It hurts my hand. I don't know what to do.

Something to note is that I stuffed all of my excess power supply cables into the case because the case I chose was horrible for cable management I just did that to get it out of the way. Please help.

Solution
You problem is probably that your CPU is overheating and so your games are crashing. I'd recommend to get an aftermarket fan for your CPU, and if you don't already have any, maybe buy a few fans for your PC (if you have the space for them
