I asked on my other post if my asus z170-a mobo is compatible with the i7 7700k. And some nice person lead me to the site and it is if your mobo version or revision number is higher than 3007 but mine is numher 1.04 which i believe stands for 1004. Theres an update you can do to the board but how would i do this update if i cant install the processor properly? Is it worth just for the better graphics or should i just stick and get the 6700k? Any answers are appreciated thanks!
