GPU fan speed always at 100%. I change the fan speed to 50% in gpu tweak but its at 100%. The program says 0 RPM but the GPU Im looking at is like 3000. Ive tried MSI afterburner and still have the issue. No, the GPU is not overheating. I have tried DDU and uninstalling all programs that can mess with GPU fan speed. When its under the slightest load (CSGO) It goes up to 100% fan speed but when I look at it through GPU Tweak 2 it says 0 RPM when its clearly not!!! When I restart my PC the fan speed goes to actual 0RPM but when I change it to something like 30 it just goes up to 100!!!Its an Asus GTX 1070 ROG Strix. What can I do to fix this???/ I dont want to listen to a lawn mower when Im gaming. Pls help me Im getting really angry with it.
