I am building my first pc, are my components any good?

Solution
Okay, here a revised build. Got the price down a little bit but there is a deal on the mobo.

Changed the mobo to an H170, gives you more connection capability and you go from 2 to 4 ram slots
Changed from a single stick of RAM to 2 so that you can take advantage of dual channel mode (faster)
Changed the RAM from DDR3 1600 to DDR4 2400, faster again
Changed the PSU to give you a better quality PSU, even if it is Bronze plus versue Gold plus
Changed your CPU to a non-K version, you cannot overclock on this system
Changed your CPU to a Kaby Lake vs the Skylake, the Kaby's are a little faster
Changed your SSD to a better quality one, the Kingston SSDNow series is not that great

And the prices in Canada kinda burn, I hear you on that...

Reputable
-your motherboard doesn't support overclocking, so purchasing an overclockable i5 is wasting your money
-your psu too overpowered i think, because 1060 recommendation is 400w, so i think 450w/500w psu enough
-if you want to get slightly better performance, use dual channel or more raam(ONLY RECOMMENDATION)
