Hi guys. I recently built a new PC and it won't send video to my monitor. I bought all new parts with the exception of a hard drive and PSU from a computer I'm no longer using. When I turn it on everything lights up as it should and the fans and water pump run well but I get no video from either my intergrated graphics nor my GPU. Also there is a red light on the motherboard that blinks continuously while the rig is on.
Here's what's in my setup
Corsair CX600M (about a year old) semi-modular PSU
ASRock z270 Killer SLI/ac motherboard
Gigabyte GTX 1070 g1 gaming GPU
Intel core i5-7600k CPU
I started building this PC because the old one was doing something similar. I think that there's some sort of an issue with the PSU but I don't know what that might be since most everything appears to be running. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
