New rig - Pc freezes randomly. Help please.

Hello people!
My pc have freezes randomly. 1 or 2 times per week. Very rare freeze. I don't know why.
To reset I must hold down the power button.

This is my new rig:
Windows 10 64bits updated
I5-6600k 4.4ghz + Evo 212
ga-z170x-gaming 3
8gb Kinston Hyperx Fury Black 2400mhz --> tested ok!
zotac gtx 970 amp extreme edition --> tested ok!
Xfx Pro 650w 80plus Bronce Wired
1tb caviar black --> tested ok!
500gb Seagate --> tested ok!
 
Solution
I would suggest updating your BIOS. Also, you should test your memory for error with a tool like memtest.

Download the ISO, burn to CD/DVD or USB. Boot from that device and run tests. May take a little while, but very comprehensive.

I would also suggest removing all OC settings until you have a stable system. This rules out those variables while troubleshooting.

Motherboard Bios is F6 - 2016/03/02 (Improve DDR XMP compatibility). No the most recent.
The most recent is F20 2016/11/09 (Support 7th generation CPU) * This BIOS prohibits updating to earlier version BIOS.

Cpu is now in 4.4ghz oc but in normal 3.9ghz happened the issue too.
Temperatures very normal.

Memory is 2400mhz xmp auto config in bios.

Gpu is oc but all ok. I changed it last month and the problem persist.
Temperature very normal.
Idle: 37°C
Full load: 69°C
