Hello, I have serious question about my build.

My specs are:
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
CPU: AMD FX-6300
RAM: 4gb, but i will update to 8gb in a couple days
PSU: corsair cx600
GPU: GTX 970

So, when I install GTX 970, and try to boot, PC doesn't even boot to bios, monitor doesn't even detect any signal from my PC. There is no "beep", so I know that it doesn't load bios, what could be the problem?
When i remove GTX 970, and plug monitor directly to motherboard, it boot's without any problem.

The fun part is:
When I plug in GTX 1060, PC boots Like it should, all games run well, and there is no problems with it.

What i should mention:
GTX 970 functions perfectly in other PC
PSU is more than enough to run my 970, because I used it my previous build
I tried to connect another PSU corsair HX750i, but I had same problem with GTX 970.
I tried to turn on and off asus anti surge, same results every time.

No just wondering. You should use them both.

Reseating didn't help? You have the latest bios? Should think with the gtx 1060 working it wouldn't matter but who knows ...

Which psu was use in the other pc? The one used for testing the gtx 970 ...

Can't really think of anything else than that there's some weird incompatibility between the pcie slot and the gpu. That it just won't recognize it. Maybe that cleaning the slot or the pins on the gpu might help ...

Really is a tough one this.:??:

I asked for some help, maybe others here might have more options than i do.

Although I would have guessed a power issue (the GTX970 needs more than the GTX1060), it sounds like your testing may have ruled that out.
Is anything overclocked? Reset your BIOS to defaults; if your PCI buss is running faster than the 970 likes it, this reset back to stock will take care of that.

Only thing i can think of that there's a combination of this going one. That the pcie slot just won't power the gtx 970 or that it somehow is "shorted" by the gpu.
Only option i see is getting another motherboard or send the gpu back when explaing to the vendor the reason why and hope you can get another one if they let you.

Changing parts is not an option, everything works perfectly on other systems,
