I built my computer about 2 years ago and I've never have a problem that I couldn't fix until now. My computer is stuck in a boot loop that I cannot seem to stop. If you need to know my hardware the important ones are

MSI Z87-G45 Gaming Mobo
Intel 4670k CPU
MSI GTX N770 Lightning GPU
Samsung 120GB SSD (Boot Drive)
1TB WD Black HDD (storage)

My OS is Windows 8.1 that was upgraded to Windows 10. I haven't made any changes or upgrades since I've built this pc nor have I downloaded anything strange. I do run my games off a separate external hard drive but I only keep that connected when I use it. I never leave it plugged in. Something that might be a clear indicator that something is wrong is that my mobo crashes while in the bios. This doesn't happen that often but it does happen. Maybe some tech expert know the solution to this but I'm mostly concerned with the loop situation. I've tried clearing the CMos and playing around with the boot order but nothing seems to work. Help please. I'll leave pictures and a video if I could on this thread.
