Hey there, Dr Imran.

What was the command you've used? Would you please be so kind as to post a screenshot of what you see in Disk Management and Device Manager when you have the drive connected to the computer? Here's how to access them: How to access Disk Management in Windows & How to access Device Manager in Windows. And here's how to post a screenshot here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-2176231/guide-posting-screenshot-forum.html.

Try the drive with a different cable and a different computer as well, to see if you still have the same issue.

Please keep me posted.

as sir you can see my hdsk is not shown in "my computer" but " device and printers, device manager" shows my hdsk
and sorry but i cannot remember my command prompt but still it was something "mgv...." like that

I see. The drive is recognized as a SCSI disk by Device Manager, which is a bit odd.
Did you get the chance to try the drive with a different computer and a different USB cable, to see if it's properly recognized?
I'd also recommend that you download its manufacturer's diagnostic tool and check the SMART data of the drive, to see if there's anything alarming. If you don't need any data from it, you should also run the diagnostic tests as well, but don't do that if you need to recover files.

Please keep me posted.
