so, a bit ago i got to setting up a BM intensity pro 4k into a mac pro so i could record PC gameplay, but i cant get the card to detect video signal. in my searching for a solution, i found some sources that say changing the nvidea color format to YUV/ or YCrCb is a way to fix it, but now where i look does it say HOW to do this. is there someone who can help me with this?

Solution
Changing the color doesn't make sense to me. Then how would the monitor see it?

I am at the site, and this device should work with all normal video.

Update: "RGB 4:4:4 in HD and YUV 4:2:2 in Ultra HD."

It says "sampling" so I'm not sure if that video is required or not. I think it can CONVERT to that and do other formats but not sure. Regardless, the default video output for a PC video card would be supported.

(NVidia Shadowplay works great locally BTW)

If you have the software installed, there should be no issue with capturing provided:
a) software is installed and running
b) HDMI input is actually in the INPUT connection
