What's your total budget?
This build is...Let's say it's not perfect. I'd pretty much change every part. But a total budget helps to determine what's best suited for you

considering your build with rather OLD hardware versus what I came up with.. but if you like AMD it can be but I would not go that way at all. better buy it used then full price for AMD FX 6300 Series.

Would go with a better PSU definitely.
Bit of a stretch I admit.
Add 8 more GB RAM later on when you got the cash for the best experience.
