AMD Overdrive don't recognize my CPU

That is because AMD overdrive was designed for AM2 and AM+2 based cpu`s such as Athlon 64 and the phenom II cpus.

It will not work with a AM3 based board or a AM3 cpu sucj as an FX6300 cpu Vlad.

Totally different chip sets on the motherboards are used from the AM2 platform to a AM3 motherboard.

Check and make sure you have all the platform drivers installed (Motherboard drivers). You may be lacking one or more of the drivers that isn't allowing for Overdrive to detect what you have. You will have to go to the motherboard manufacturers website to get those. AMD will not have those. Once you do that you may have to reinstall Overdrive so it will recognize the processor.
