Based just on numbers, it should work. Recommended PSU for GTX 1050Ti is 300 Watt & 27 Amps. Most of 1050Ti's do not need any additional power connectors and draw power directly from the PCI express slot.

Theoretically, it should work, but i'm not sure if it will. You should check if your motherboard supports Nvidia's 10xx series GPUs, because some of the older MOBOs need a BIOS update and sometimes it simply does not work (lack of support).
