Hi my friend is build a new gaming pc and has £600. He wants to buy a gaming pc which will be able to run games at good quality with above 30 fps. games like csgo at 120 fps at least.

needs to have good enough graphics to run all games out today without being bad please help :(

Dont need a monitor, mouse or keyboard just the pc

please make 3 builds if you can:
1 with computer cae for the stuff to go in
1 without it
and 1 with windows os
