Guys i have very low fps around 50-60 at 800x600 resolution in CS:GO

My specs:Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400
Geoforce 210 Silent (OC)
DDR2 2GB Ram
Gigabyte G31M-ES2L

is that a normal fps that i am getting ?

Solution
I would say graphics card for sure. That GT 210 was never a gaming card. If you have a decent enough power supply, pick up a used GTX 560ti. Newer cards may not work with your old board.

CS:GO is a CPU intensive game, so the CPU is what you must upgrade if you want more fps.

Your CPU is 2.66GHz, so for 100 fps or more I would say a minimum of 3.2GHz.

My i5 6600k overclocked to 4.2GHz, gives me around 400 fps on max settings. It depends on your budget really.
