overclocked my CPU, but when I went to play Overwatch or CS:GO I had these weird split second freezes. It doesn't do this when the CPU not overclocked. I really want my CPU to be overclocked.

My pc
CPU: Intel Q9650
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Memory: 4Gb(2x2) ddr2
Motherboard: Asus rampage formula

Temp was always under 50°C. I have a big aftermarket cooler. PSU is a XFX PRO550W Core Edition. My OC were 3.6 ghz(400x9) , 3.5 ghz(389x9) and 3.2 ghz(350x9), but 3.2 ghz did not have freezes so frequently as the others.

Solution
I had a Q6600 before, I only got it up to 3.4Ghz stable, those CPUs didn't really have much headroom for OCing, try 3.3-3.4ghz, maybe raising a little more your vcore.

For some odd reason this worked. I overclocked to 3.3 and raised vcore to 1.36. Thanks.
