Hello,

So i make it short my LG G4 broke and warranty wont take it aswell, so i need a replace phone, i took my old HTC XE. Faulty screen here
I was like oh dang noway its broken too, so i bent it and it all of the sudden it threw normal screen. But sometimes i still get that faulty screen, and lately the bending doesnt work really well, so what could be the problem of this?

Solution
well, you can try to do it and see if it fixes it, just be prepared to have a less functioning phone if things go wrong.
Also keep in mind that opening it yourself fixes things only if the problem is badly seated connection, which you can re-seat, if it is the display unit itself, you can't really do anything about it.
most likely bad connection between display and phone's motherboard, you know those flimsy thin paper lines? that most likely.
If you have know-how and tools for it, opening phone and reattaching it might fix the issue but if not, you run a high risk of breaking the phone completely.

second chance is that the display itself has a crack in it and bending it fixes that until it gets a bump and breaks again, which would need replacement of the display.

That is just me guessing about possible sources of the issue.
