I have got a Dell Precision Fixed Workstation T3500 - Xeon W3530 2.8 GHz - 4 GB - 500 GB i plan on upgrading the video card and ram but i need to know will the core be fine to use also what video card do you think i should buy to run games like ow csgo or lol at 100fps+ medium or high settings

I would choose the 1050 ti over the 750 ti. Better performance with less power for about the same price.

That CPU may bottleneck somewhat in modern games. Good news is you can easily change up to a Westmere family CPU with a simple BIOS update. Put a X5687 in my T3500 and saw a nice performance boost over the W3565 was running previously.

Have built a few gaming systems with T3500, including one for myself. If you need any pointers let me know.
